Supersonic
Le P'tit Ponce à Fab
In an old-fashioned glass, pour
- 1 ½ oz Supersonic
- ½ oz amber maple syrup
- ½ oz lime juice
Add 3-4 ice cubes and mix well.
Garnish with a cedar branch and sip quietly.
Origins: From a working-class family in Ste-Marie-de-Beauce, home of Gâteaux Vachon, 20 minutes from the bridges and 2 hours from Scotstown.
