APERITIVO
Made the hard way, according to the rules of the art, this aperitif produced in small quantities will transport you into a dreamy, citrusy universe. This product is the quintescence of friendship, of a reunion between the Tremblay-Trudel brothers.
This luxury aperitif is made from tens of kilos of patiently hand-peeled organic orange and grapefruit peels, to which have been added some twenty local herbs, such as raspberry leaves, vinegar sumac, dune pepper, balsam myrtle and spruce shoots, as well as classic ingredients such as rhubarb root, angelica, gentian and wormwood.
