Humble Apricot

Flavored alcoholic beverage with apricots and brandy

In collaboration with Barman Bruno, we present our apricot brandy liqueur made in Quebec.

Abricot sour épicé

Spicy apricot sour

  • 1 1/2 oz Humble Brandy-Apricot
  • 1/2 oz Bourbon
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz maple syrup
  • 1/2 oz Falernum syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Megamousse emulsifier
  • Optional: One star anise and one cinnamon stick

Add all ingredients except emulsifier to shaker. Add ice. Make a first shake, remove the ice and add 2-3 pipettes of Mégamousse. Shake a second time and then pour into a cup. Decorate with a star anise and a cinnamon stick.
