A practical vegan foaming agent

Forget egg whites to froth up your cocktails, and make our quillaja bark extract emulsifier your own. Using it is as easy as 1-2-3:

  1.  In a shaker, chill your cocktail ingredients with ice.
  2.  Remove the ice by sieving the liquid.
  3.  Add 2-3 dashes of Mégamousse and stir vigorously as if your life depended on it.
  4.  Serve, decorate, admire and enjoy your cloud-like cocktail.
  5.  Repeat.

This plant is a survivor of the flora of Gondwana, present in Antarctica when it was welded to South America. It therefore dates from before the ice age, which began 20 million years ago.
