Made in Ste-Angèle in small batches from a mash prepared by our brothers at Ô Quai des brasseurs, our whisky has matured for over 3 years in barrels according to the rules of the art.

Batch 1: December 9, 2023 / UK Peated malt must / Blend of a small new barrel + an oxidative base aged in a bourbon barrel / 334 375ml bottles produced.

Batch 2: December 12 2024 / Mashed with Pale malt from Le Maltraiteur / Aged in an old bourbon barrel and blended with a part of a very old small barrel / xxx 375ml bottles produced.  

Batch 3: coming in 2025
