Humble Coco-Pineapple
Alcoholic beverage flavored with rum, coconut and pineapple
Proudly made in Quebec.
It’s fresh, refreshing, light and not too sweet. A great ally for your next cocktail party!
Mi Corazòn
Serves about 4
- 2 limes, cut into quarters and peeled
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 720 ml water
- 8 oz Humble Coco-Pineapple
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
- Place lime wedges, water, sugar and Humble Coco-Pineapple in blender.
- Stir well at maximum power, then strain through a sieve.
- Rinse the blender and add the strained contents and sweetened condensed milk.
- Mix well again.
- Pour into Hurricane glasses filled with ice and decorate!
