From the circular economy
The rejections of some are sometimes the treasure of others.
In this case, our distillery teamed up with Casa Das Tias to recover the residual lemon peel from their Piri-Piri sauce. These are then macerated in alcohol, and the liquid sweetened with maple syrup and sugar manufactured in the metropolis.
The tasty result is a concentrated alcoholic lemonade from the circular economy.

Simply add 2 ounces of revolution to 8 ounces of soda with ice.
